Why Estamora

A calm, library-like approach to family records

We bring structure where there is scattered paper — without rushing, without pressure, and without overstepping into advice.

Order, not chaos

A clear system means anyone in the family can find what they need, when they need it — even years from now.

Plain-language education

We explain how estate matters are generally organised in Thailand using everyday language, not legal shorthand.

Respectful boundaries

We organise and educate — we never draft documents, give personal advice, or substitute for qualified specialists.

Built for families

Our sessions are designed for households, not institutions — paced to suit different generations sitting in the same room.

Private by design

Your family information stays in your hands. We help you organise it; we do not collect, store, or use it.

Prepares the next step

Families who complete a programme are better equipped to approach solicitors, notaries, or estate professionals with confidence.

Take the first step

Is your family's archive in good order?

A short conversation is all it takes to understand which option suits your household. No obligation, no pressure — just a quiet chat.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does Estamora do? +
Estamora provides education and organisation support for families. We help households sort and label their records, understand in general terms how estate matters work in Thailand, and pass that knowledge across generations. We do not draft documents, give personal advice, or act as legal, tax, or financial advisers.
Is this legal or financial advice? +
No. All Estamora services are educational and organisational in nature. Nothing we provide should be taken as personal legal, financial, or tax advice. For regulated matters, we recommend engaging a qualified solicitor, notary, or financial professional in Thailand.
Who are these sessions suitable for? +
Our sessions are suited to households of any size, including families with older parents who wish to bring clarity to where important documents and contacts are kept. Expatriate families in Thailand also find the educational talk particularly helpful when first understanding how local estate processes are generally structured.
How long does each session take? +
The Starter Kit session typically runs two to three hours. The educational talk is usually around ninety minutes including Q&A. The Generational Records Programme is a multi-session process — the number and length of sessions is agreed with the family beforehand, and is designed to be unhurried.
Where do sessions take place? +
Sessions can take place at our office in Chonburi, at the family home (within the greater Chonburi and eastern seaboard area), or via video call for families who prefer a remote option. We are happy to discuss what works best for your household.
What do the prices cover? +
Prices are listed in Thai Baht and cover the session time, any physical kit materials supplied, and the reference notes provided. There are no hidden fees. For the Generational Records Programme, full details are agreed before any commitment is made.
How is our family information handled? +
We handle your information with care and discretion. Any details shared during a session are used only to support that session. We do not retain, store, or share personal records. Our full privacy approach is described in our Privacy Policy.
