How We Work

Our approach to every session

Estamora sessions are private — one household at a time, adapted to the people in the room. Before any session begins, we have a brief conversation to understand the household's starting point: what they already have, what they know, and what they are hoping to achieve.

We then work through a structured process that has been refined through many family engagements. Every session concludes with written reference notes for the family to keep — not a standard brochure, but a plain record of the ground covered together.

We are clear throughout about the boundaries of what we do. When a question moves into legal, tax, or financial territory, we say so and point to the appropriate professionals. Our role is to prepare families to work effectively with those professionals — not to replace them.

Solution 01

Family Archive Starter Kit

A kit and short session helping a household assemble and label key records, photographs, and contacts into one cared-for archive. Brings order and shared memory together. This is an organisation aid only — nothing is valued, advised, or legally interpreted.

By the end of a Starter Kit session, the household has a working archive with a clear, simple map showing where things are. Any member of the family can find what they need, and the archive is ready to grow and update as life continues.

Solution 03

Generational Records Programme

A facilitated programme helping families pass on knowledge of where important records and contacts are kept, across generations, calmly and clearly. The focus is organisation, conversation, and shared understanding. Suited to families where one generation holds most of the knowledge about the household's records, and where that knowledge needs to be shared before it is lost. The programme runs across multiple sessions and is paced to suit the family.
