1. About Estamora

Estamora operates from 81 Sukhumvit Road, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand. We provide education, organisation support, and record-keeping tools to households with an interest in family archive and estate-related matters.

By using this website or engaging any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Our Services

Estamora offers the following services:

• Family Archive Starter Kit (฿3,800) — A kit and short session to help households assemble, label, and organise key records, photographs, and contacts. An organisation aid only; nothing is valued or advised upon.
• How Estates Are Handled: Talk (฿6,500) — A plain-language educational talk on how estate and inheritance matters are generally organised, with reference to publicly available sources. General and informational only.
• Generational Records Programme (฿10,900) — A facilitated programme to help families pass on knowledge of where important records and contacts are kept, across generations. Focused on organisation, conversation, and shared understanding.

Our services are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or any other form of regulated professional advice. We do not draft documents, represent individuals, or act on their behalf in any formal capacity.

3. Not Professional Advice

Nothing provided by Estamora — whether through this website, a session, written materials, or any other communication — should be understood as professional advice of any kind. This includes, without limitation:

• Legal advice or document preparation
• Financial planning or investment guidance
• Tax advice or planning
• Accounting services

For matters that require regulated professional input, we always recommend that individuals consult a suitably qualified specialist. We are happy to discuss what type of professional may be appropriate.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment methods and arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session: full refund
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before: no refund, but a credit note valid for 6 months may be issued at our discretion
• Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible at no charge

If Estamora needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

6. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
• Use automated tools to extract content without our prior consent
• Reproduce or redistribute our content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through contact forms

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, layout, and materials provided during our sessions — is the property of Estamora or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Session handouts and reference materials provided to participants may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Estamora provides its services with care and in good faith. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not accept responsibility for decisions made by individuals based on our educational content
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this website or our services
• Our total liability in connection with any single matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you acknowledge that policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
